What’s your current production time?

All of our silicone masks are made to order and handcrafted with extreme attention to detail. Our average production time is 6–10 weeks, depending on our order volume and the complexity of your chosen options (such as hair work or paint enhancements).

Need something sooner? Check our website’s “In Stock” section or send us a message — we may have options available for immediate shipping.

Do you make custom silicone mask sculpts?

At this time, we only offer the mask models listed on our website. Custom sculpt commissions are not currently available.

However — we do offer customizations on our existing masks! You can request:

  • Custom paint schemes (skin tone, scars, undead details, etc.)

  • Hair work (custom length, color, style)

  • Eyebrows, beards, mustaches, and more

How do I clean and care for my mask?

Our masks are made with platinum-grade silicone, built for durability and flexibility. To keep your mask looking fresh:

  • Gently wipe the interior and exterior with a damp cloth after use

  • Avoid harsh cleaners or alcohol-based products. We recommend a mild dish soap and water. 

  • Store your mask on a foam head or stand to maintain shape

  • Keep away from direct sunlight or extreme heat for long periods

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide.
Shipping rates and timelines will vary depending on your location. Any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Our masks are designed for both performance and realism, whether you're scaring, entertaining, or studying human behavior.

What material are your masks made from?

We use platinum-cure silicone, the same high-grade material used in the film and special effects industries. This allows for:

  • Realistic skin texture and movement

  • Flexibility and comfort

  • Long-lasting durability

Each mask is hand-poured, hand-painted, and carefully finished in our studio in Canada.

Will the mask fit my face?

Our silicone masks are designed to be one-size-fits-most.
Best fit is typically for head circumferences of 22" to 23.5".

For a tighter or looser fit, we can offer advice — just contact us before ordering!
