What’s your current production time?

All of our silicone masks are made to order and handcrafted with extreme attention to detail. Our average production time is 6–10 weeks, depending on our order volume and the complexity of your chosen options (such as hair work or paint enhancements).

Need something sooner? Check our website’s “In Stock” section or send us a message — we may have options available for immediate shipping.

Do you make custom silicone mask sculpts?

At this time, we only offer the mask models listed on our website. Custom sculpt commissions are not currently available.

However — we do offer customizations on our existing masks! You can request:

  • Custom paint schemes (skin tone, scars, undead details, etc.)

  • Hair work (custom length, color, style)

  • Eyebrows, beards, mustaches, and more

How do I clean and care for my mask?

Our masks are made with platinum-grade silicone, built for durability and flexibility. To keep your mask looking fresh:

  • Gently wipe the interior and exterior with a damp cloth after use

  • Avoid harsh cleaners or alcohol-based products. We recommend a mild dish soap and water. 

  • Store your mask on a foam head or stand to maintain shape

  • Keep away from direct sunlight or extreme heat for long periods

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide.
Shipping rates and timelines will vary depending on your location. Any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Our masks are designed for both performance and realism, whether you're scaring, entertaining, or studying human behavior.

What material are your masks made from?

We use platinum-cure silicone, the same high-grade material used in the film and special effects industries. This allows for:

  • Realistic skin texture and movement

  • Flexibility and comfort

  • Long-lasting durability

Each mask is hand-poured, hand-painted, and carefully finished in our studio in Canada.

Will the mask fit my face?

Our silicone masks are designed to be one-size-fits-most.
Best fit is typically for head circumferences of 22" to 23.5".

For a tighter or looser fit, we can offer advice — just contact us before ordering!

Return & Exchange Policy

At Metamorphose Masks, we take pride in crafting high-quality, realistic silicone masks designed with attention to detail, comfort, and durability. Every mask is carefully manufactured and finished to meet our quality standards.

Because our silicone masks are made to order and are personal-use products, we have specific policies regarding returns, exchanges, cancellations, and product defects. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

1. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the personal nature of silicone masks and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with the appearance or fit of a mask that matches its product description and specifications.

Our masks are made to order, often with individually selected hair, facial hair, and other customization options. As a result, we cannot resell returned masks as new products.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Manufacturing Defects & Damaged Products

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your mask arrives with a suspected manufacturing defect or is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

To help us assess the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs or videos showing the suspected defect or damage.

  • Photographs of the original packaging if shipping damage is suspected.

Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or ask you to return the mask for inspection.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Metamorphose Masks will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund where appropriate or required by law.

For approved manufacturing defect claims, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs as arranged by our team.

Please do not send a mask back without contacting us and receiving return authorization.

3. Fitment & Sizing

Our silicone masks are designed to accommodate a range of head shapes and sizes. We provide product information and sizing guidance to help customers select the most suitable model.

Differences in individual head shape, facial structure, and personal fit preferences may affect the wearing experience. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit for every individual, and returns or refunds are not offered solely because a mask feels too tight, too loose, or does not fit as expected.

We encourage customers to review the product specifications carefully and contact us before purchasing if they have questions about sizing, head circumference, lip fitment, or model selection.

If you experience an unexpected fitment issue, please contact us. We will do our best to offer guidance and help determine whether the issue can be resolved.

4. Custom Orders & Hair Options

Masks featuring custom hair work, punched eyebrows, mustaches, beards, wigs, or other personalized options are made according to the selections and instructions provided with your order.

Because these products are customized, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, personal preference, or differences between the customer's expectations and the finished result, provided the product matches the agreed specifications.

We encourage customers to provide clear reference photographs and detailed instructions when requesting custom work.

If your order does not match the agreed specifications or contains a confirmed manufacturing error, please contact us so we can review the issue.

5. Order Cancellations & Modifications

All Metamorphose Masks products are made to order. Once an order is placed, production planning and material preparation may begin shortly afterward.

Order modifications: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your model, hair options, or other order details. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Order cancellations: Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation requests may be declined or may be subject to a fee reflecting work completed and non-recoverable costs, where permitted by law.

Once production has begun, orders generally cannot be cancelled because materials, labor, and customization may already have been committed.

Any approved cancellation and applicable fee will be communicated to the customer before processing.

6. Incorrect Items & Shipping Damage

If you receive an incorrect model, an item that differs materially from your order, or a product damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

If the error is confirmed to be ours, we will arrange an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you, which may include correction, replacement, or another remedy as appropriate.

Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or sizing concerns.

However, if an item is incorrect or has a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution.

All exchanges or replacements require prior written approval from Metamorphose Masks.

8. International Orders

International customers are responsible for reviewing applicable import requirements before placing an order.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other fees imposed by the destination country may be payable by the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or the shipment issue is attributable to Metamorphose Masks.

If a package is delayed, held by customs, or returned because the customer refused delivery or failed to pay applicable import charges, please contact us for assistance. Any resulting refund or reshipment will be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law.
